Anthony Conacher

Director

Tony has worked in the workplace safety industry for over 40 years. He founded 3D Safety Services in 1987 from a need he saw for training and maintenance in specialised equipment. Today he oversees the management and development of 3D Safety Services as well as 3D Safety Systems and WaterJel Burn Treatment.

Annissa Mikulski

Operations Manager

Annissa is responsible for managing the safe, efficient, and cost-effective operations throughout the day-to-day business, with a focus on maximising the performance of people and plant to meet 3D Safety’s operational standards.

Annissa has over 20 years of successful experience in customer relations, leading high-performance teams, instilling strategic vision and developing effective and efficient processes that enable companies to meet their needs. Annissa has demonstrated the ability to establish proper communication channels with clients. She is adept at positively interfacing with diverse groups of people, while maintaining a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures, complying with legal regulations.

Shane Marsh

NSW Trainer/Assessor

Shane is a safety trainer and high risk consultant with 20 years experience in the field. He has travelled the country training management teams, operators, trades and contractors in Heights, Confined Space, Breathing Apparatus, First Aid, Fire Fighting, EWP Escape and Vertical Rescue from Wind, Solar and Coal Generation systems.

With extensive experience as a site safety consultant, Shane has assisted clients with set up of confined space and heights safety work for shutdown as well as performing standby and rescue services. He has worked with many Newcastle businesses including Port Waratah Coal Services, Orica, Infrabuild, Port of Newcastle, One Steel, Cleanaway, Newcastle City Council, Lake Macquarie City Council and Transport for NSW.

Jamie Maher

NSW Consultant

Jamie is a multi-skilled tradesman with qualifications in Mechanical Fitting, Plumbing, Restricted Electrical License, Oxygen Systems, Welding Pressure Tickets and Rigging License. Other specialties include Pressure Vessels, High Pressure Gas Systems, Cryogenics, Hyperbaric and Recompression Chambers, Gas and Liquid Storage and Transfer Systems. Jamie gained his experience working for Wormald Fire, Joy Global, JFD Cowan and Air Liquide. He is passionate about all facets of Workplace Health and Safety.

Dean Conacher

NSW Consultant

Dean started with 3D Safety in 2021, he services our oxy/fuel inspections and maintenance clients across Central Coast, Sydney and Central West. Dean has completed courses in Electric Welding, Safe Handling and Use of Oxy Fuel Gas Equipment, Safe Storage, Handling and Transportation of Gas Cylinders. Prior to 3D, he worked in the Adventure Tourism and Recreation Industry. He has a keen interest in heights and confined space safety and is currently studying Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.

Wayne Golledge

NSW Consultant

Wayne has joined 3D Safety in 2023, he services our oxy/fuel inspections and maintenance clients across Newcastle and Hunter Valley. He is a licensed electrician with experience across a broad range of industries including underground coal mining, service and maintenance as well as construction. He has gained skills in installing and maintaining gas reticulation systems, cryogenic systems and all facets of the electrical trade, specialising in heavy industry. He has a strong commitment to workplace health and safety and is passionate about customer service.

Greg Schell

QLD Consultant

Greg has worked as a consultant for 3D Safety for over 15 years and services our clients across Queensland. Prior to this he trained and worked as an electronics technician in radio and telecommunications. Greg has a restricted electrical licence and Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.

Steve Wager

QLD Consultant and Trainer/Assessor

Steve has been involved with Metal Trades industry for over 30 years. He specialises in the development of safe systems of work, oxygen and fuel equipment inspections and work site inspections.
In addition, Steve is qualified to conduct training programs having completed his Certificate IV in Workplace Training & Assessment. Steve runs training programs for Confined Space and Working at Heights for various clients within the mining, fabrication, government and construction industries.
Most recently, Steve has been running Certificate II in Engineering courses for a Queensland training provider. In 2023 he returned to the 3D Safety team, offering a wealth of knowledge and experience to both the company and his Queensland clients.
