The Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment course develops the skills and knowledge around workplace hazard identification and how to manage associated risks.

- Detailed explanation of the legislative requirements and fines or penalties on Employers, Managers and Employees associated with failure to conduct a proper Risk Assessment

- An outline of the key components of identifying hazards in the workplace

- Explanation of the hierarchy of control for controlling hazards in the workplace

- Detailed explanation of the principles of assessing risk

PRACTICAL

- As a group undertake a Risk Assessment process, conducted on site
